We also provide relocation services for both corporate and individuals.The Property Leasing Division leases commercial, residential and industrial property and our services to both landlords and clients are equally comprehensive, aiming to keep properties at optimum occupancy through effective leasing.

The Property Management Division manages property for private investors, property companies, investment companies and individuals, with an outstanding reputation for maintaining excellent relationships between both landlord and tenants.
Acting on behalf of landlords we handle all issues relating to tenant management, including maintenance or services, incidents within the property, issues between tenants, lease renewals and payments due, in addition to assisting with quality inspections. We guide both the tenant and the landlord to ensure that their obligations are met in full. The result is open communication between the property management team, our suppliers, landlords and tenants.
The Sales Division aim to make the buying and selling of properties as simple and as effortless as possible. With a large database of properties available our executives with their combined experience enable them to assist the first time buyer and investor alike.
